Beloved friends,
Osho spoke at length about the ancient and profound text, the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. His beautiful discourses on this subject formed The Book of Secrets - a guide to practising the 112 methods of the scripture.
The first discourse Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita ever heard Osho speak was on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. She then spent 26 years in Pune and absorbed and mastered its methods, receiving much guidance directly from Osho. She is overjoyed to be offering this experience to others, for the first time
online!
Sarita already runs a yearly Tantra Meditation Retreat in Dharmasala, India, where she teaches meditation from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, but is delighted to now be able to offer these teachings more widely, so you can join in wherever you are in the world!
The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is an ancient Tantric text. It is a dialogue between Shiva and his consort Parvati – she is asking him questions about life, love and meditation, and he answers with 112 sutras, each one containing a method of meditation.
The series launches on Monday 22nd March at 8pm (UK time), with live Q&A with Sarita. A free introduction will soon be available, so make sure you watch it before Monday so you can ask Sarita any questions you have about the series. If you'd like to get a taster, check out the trailer here:

So, whether you’re a regular participant in Sarita’s groups around the world, or whether you’ve not yet had the chance to experience her teaching, then this is for you. It is a unique opportunity to have direct access to Sarita and to receive teaching and regular guidance from her on this subject, of which she is a master.
In each class, Sarita covers two of the 12 facets of Tantra, as follows:

2.Body; Purification and healing
3.Love and relating; Devotion
4.Creativity; Knowledge
5.Elevation to higher consciousness; Silent Meditation - Witnessing
6.Subtle energy; Playfulness
For each facet, Sarita offers two meditations and asks that people taking part in the series choose one meditation from each class and practice it at least three times before the next class. They can then share their experiences and ask her questions about the practice before going on to the next class.
